Use of this site is limited to purchasing products from LocustWorld Ltd.
The LocustWorld Meshbox and associated services is a business communications device. The meshbox supplied to businesses acting as internet service providers, and the product is used for providing wireless internet services. The meshbox is not a consumer product.
Delivery - As standard orders are sent by parcel courier on a signed for service. Delivery costs are added to meshbox costs. Costs will vary depending upon weight and destination. Standard service is for next day delivery throughout most of mainland UK. Overseas orders may take up to one week to deliver and may be subject to additional delays and costs for customs in the destination country. Goods in stock ordered by 3pm on a UK working day are expected to be dispatched that day for next day delivery. Stock availability, administration load and delivery issues may all contribute to longer than next day delivery.
Refund and Replacement - On delivery, if the product is not suitable or if for any reason not required it may be returned for a refund. To qualify for a refund the product must be in the original packing, unmarked, in working order and returned within 14 days of delivery. If on delivery, or for 3 months from delivery, the product malfunctions, then it may be returned for repair or replacement. In the case of either Refund or Replacement please firstly email returns@locustworld.com with details.
Cancellation Terms - If after placing your order you wish to cancel the order then, provided that the product has not yet been shipped, the order may be cancelled. On cancellation a full refund, less bank charges, will be made. In exceptional cases the products ordered might not be available. In these cases the order may be cancelled by LocustWorld and alternative products may be offered.
Export Restrictions - in certain cases export restrictions may apply which may make it impossible for us to fulfil the order. If this is the case the customer will receive a cancellation and refund.
Currency of Business - LocustWorld is based in the UK and transact business in Pounds Sterling GBP £. Payments from customers based in other countries may be made for conversion into Sterling. All bank transaction charges and currency conversion costs must be paid by the customer. Refunds to customers in other currencies will be subject to additional currency conversion charges.
Safety - There are significant safety issues relating to the installation and operation of the meshbox system. Beware of the dangers to life and limb of working on ladders and roofs. Employ qualified and insured personnel for installation. Beware of your liabilities for damage to property and person from falling materials.
Radio Regulations - the radios in the meshbox are subject to local laws and regulations relating to their operation. Before operation please confirm the local regulations and set your radios appropriately, paying special attention to the need for licensing, permitted power output, frequency use and transmission methods. Ensure that your operation of the meshbox meets your local legislation.
